Springtime!

It happened!

Spring arrived in all it’s glory! 🌸🌻🌷🌼🥀🌺🦋🐝

Literally every flower in our garden burst open and the grass deepened a few shades of green and the day shone on and on.

Sigh.

The peach tree is starting to blossom, the mulberry tree is full of leaves again and our garlic is growing nice & tall.

My client has reached a major milestone and so, I didn’t need to go to work this morning. 👏👏

Doves brought me my robe, and I opened the back door to let the sun in.

It was already a beautiful day.

I got to work, making the kids a smoothie.

Linc and I have been having so much fun with math’s lately that HE said to ME, ‘Mum I want to start with maths!’.

Have I fallen into a parallel universe?

I played the Stone Roses, fed Pepe and Linc and I laughed our way through even MORE area and perimeter! It’s really ramping up now, but nothing too tough for us!

I took Pepe for a run to the dog park and then headed out to see my first client.

When I got home the kids were still at gym and so I had a little time to myself.

After gymnastics Liam took the kids shopping for ski gear. We’re going to the snow in 2 weeks!! Eeeek!!

Ski things are piling up in the corner of our house. Skis, boots, clothes: Dad’s making it his daily mission, to bring home new items each day. He comes home so excited to show me his latest purchases. 😀

Liam left for work in the afternoon and the neighbourhood kids came over after school and then we went to soccer.

Farm day tomorrow. x

I loved that she wrote every day. I loved hearing about her small everyday frustrations, with the recipes & with life. It really inspired me to throw myself into something.

The timing was perfect as we have just decided to homeschool our children as a lifestyle choice and I thought…Cool! A daily blog will be perfect!

There must be other families out there wondering if there’s another way to live? Another way to do ‘family life’?
